Summary[]

Amber Madison, the prostitute, appears on a Chelsea Lately, and allows Chelsea to say Alicia is a little frigid. She later starts calling Alicia's office. Alicia tells Peter to make Amber stop and Peter threatens Amber to protect his family. Alicia deals with tricky office politics when she's asked to represent the firm's senior partner, Jonas Stern, after he's arrested for DUI and assault of a cop. Stern wants to be in charge of his own case, but Alicia proves to him that she is a good lawyer and he lets her take charge. Zach and Grace tell Alicia that they know about their father's affair. In his room, Zach's friend, Becca, helps him with his "social studies," but Alicia moves his computer out of his bedroom when she finds out, so he plays a Muslim music CD given to him by Becca to express his rebellion. Jackie finds the incriminating photos of Peter that Zach had hidden and throws them away. Stern learns his fellow partner, Will, has checked out his files, he confronts him and tells them he will bankrupt the firm before they push him out. Alicia figures out that Stern suffers from dementia, but she cannot tell anyone because of attorney/client privilege. After it is revealed that the police officer didn't place the results of Jonas' sobriety test on the report that indicated he was sober, the judge dismisses the DUI and reduces the battery charges to misdemeanor assault and time served. Jonas tells Diane that he is leaving to start his own firm and he is taking a third of their business with him. He offers Alicia a job, but she turns it down. Stern then tells Alicia that her husband was set up and they will never let him out of prison ever. In the parking garage, Amber confronts Alicia face to face, and tells her that Peter had threatened to hurt her, but Alicia ignores her and drives away. In the end, Alicia goes into Peter's room and kisses him. With a bewildered look on his face, he watches her walk away.
