BiographyEdit

He and Alicia met when they were both in Law School (Georgetown). Will has now become a Senior Partner at a prestigious law firm. He and his collegue Diane Lockhart must decide who to hire among many people wanting a job but the two prime candidates for the job are Alicia Florrick and Cary Agos. Diane accused him of favoring

Alicia when he made her give a speech that Cary had been working on. He decided that he didn't want to fire any of the litigators. When he approached Diane with this idea, he told her that their fellow partner Jonas Stern cost them about as much as all of the litigators. Diane accused him of wanting to take away the partner that voted with her. When fellow partner Jonas Stern returned to the law firm hoping to represent himself when he was charged of DUI and battery, Will was not happy and decided to try and push Stern out. He tried to get information out of Alicia but that information was protected by attorney/client privilege. However, Stern decided to quit and take the clients and a third of their business with him.

When Diane was made an offer to become a judge for all she had done for women, the first person she asked about the job was Will. He told her that she didn't even need to run, it was just a formality and that she should take the job. When Diane asked what would become of the firm, he told her that if they made it without Stern, then they could make it without Diane. He seemed to be looking forward to being the only senior partner. Meanwhile, Alicia had filed a motion against a judge who was a friend of Will's, she was told by Guidance that she shouldn't take it to Will, she should take it to Diane. When Will was at the gym with judge Baxter, the judge asked if Will was sleeping with Alicia as he thought that Will was because of his defense of her. Will also later revealed that he had given judge Baxter $120,000. Baxter was taken to jail and Diane was unlikely to be a judge because of it.

Alicia FlorrickEdit

Throughout the series, Will shows an attraction to Alicia Florrick but does not pursue it. However, in the episode "Heart", Will and Alicia share a passionate kiss in his office as Alicia is comforting Will on their case. After the kiss, Alicia leaves, but does return only to have missed Will because he had gone to Alicia's office instead. Will finally sees that he wants to be with Alicia and believes that there is hope in their relationship since she had returned to his office after storming out. Will and Alicia have an affair during Season 3.
